I bought these for my boyfriend for Father’s Day, he’s been eyeballing them for a while. Safe to say they were a perfect purchase. Does our landlord love them at 7 am? No. Probably not. But my boyfriend loves them and we pay rent on time so 10/10.

Perfect Sound Reproduction for DAW Home Studio

I have tried several different speakers to us as a inexpensive studio monitor on my computer. These just arrived today and first thing I did was set up my spectrum analyzer, perform full frequency sweeps as well as run pink noise through them. They reproduced all frequencies perfectly and almost a perfect flat line on the pink noise. Slightly adjusted the base knob and it was dialed in. These things sound amazing for the price and perform just as well as many high end studio monitors I have heard. So yes they back up their THX certification.
Please remember THX certification means this system will play back sound as it was heard in the mixing studio. If you are expecting room shaking base or extreme ear piercing tweeters, you may be disappointed with this system. However from my perspective as an audiophile these speakers are amazing.

I have never owned computer speakers before. I always just used the internal ones. I use to run a long cable to my old-school stereo for a large sounds. I have always heard that Klipsch had amazing speakers. So, I was lead to your website by past reputation. I got these Promedia 2.1 THX speakers. These sounds incredible! I got the perfect balance of the three speakers. Then I control the main volume with the computer. These sounds like a larger set of speakers! I only had a small issue with the 3.5 jack plug. Apparently, my iMac has a curved back that prevents the plug from making contact with both black rings on the speaker jack. I easily resolved this with an adapter. It took me a while to find one but did. I still give this a 5-star review. It also could be the 3.5 plug that is the connection to the speakers. I used other jacks in that same port and have all worked fine. Maybe the one on these speakers is just a hair too long. Regardless, the speakers sound amazing! The quality is better than expected. I have had friends that have used Klipsch for the sound needs, and it sounds like their reputation and commitment to high quality products stands the test of time. Thank you!

Like my other ProMedia 2.1 THX Computer Speakers, these sound great! My only issue is random popping or "bad connection" sound. I'm going to upgrade the powerstrip to an APC Back-Ups unit to see if that takes care of it.

NOT Klipsche of old, poorly executed

So poorly made, would not take back to N.J. wanted me to get tools and take apart to attempt possibly which did not work. As well, bought other bluetooth portable speakers for myself and 3 others, 3 of 4 quit working and they were not cheap gifts. Gave up on Klipsche, although their handmade walnut cabinet speakers where made in Arkansas or still great. They got the namesake, moved to New Jersey and make overpriced junk IMO.

Left Speaker Output Stops Working

The left output stopped working and I looked online and this is a common problem. WHen I had an older simpler system where the sound quality and volume was not as good as the ProMedia and changed out that system for this one where the left output does not work. I have looked online and seen that I am not unique in my suffering. I will never buy anything from this company again. Music helps me focus at work and now it is a distraction. I had to revert to playing music through one of my monitors. This is a nightmare. I've done everything online other than take it apart to make it work and nothing works. The speakers are fine, the left output does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved for 2 years, then it broke

As the title says, absolutely loved these speakers for 2 full years. Then, I go to my computer one day and notice the indicator light on the amp is not on. Try everything I can do but no sound was coming out of the speakers no matter what I did. After failing to try and get my speakers warrantied and I looked online and it would seem power going out on these speakers is common, which sucks. Hate I now have to but something else because the warranty on this is short since they know this is an issue. Really enjoyed these speakers and even recommended to many friends, but no longer.
