Bought this klipsch promedia 2.1 15yrs ago, still my bedroom unit till now. The sound is amazing. I hooked up my tv, pc, and headphone to this. Was a Bose fan, before buying my first Klipsch, my living room or whole house sound system are all Klipsch speakers gallery with 3 subs.

Honestly, this is my second set because this product sacrificed durability/build-quality in order for to provide great sound at an incredible price. My prior set broke in a way which was unrepairable, but no problem, at this price I can just replace it.

These speakers are amazing, the customer support is also amazing. first set i had ordered were stolen and promptly replaced by Klipsch. i had initially given a 1 star review for being told they were coming but not seeing anything for several days thereafter. they sound so deep and so clear. thank you again for sending a second set out to me!

Great sound, wont last long

Bought these 5 years ago, sound is amazing. Was super happy with them. About a year ago the speakers started acting up and I would only get a low muffled rumble from the sub and nothing from the speakers. Now I the speakers dont work at all and the sub works half the time. Have had to use headphones, disappointed because I really want to like klipsch and they make nice products, but this is super frustrating.
I called them a couple of weeks ago, of course they dont have a fix or dont offer the ability to repair or purchase a replacement control module, as that seems to be the issue. They claim a new model is coming out soon, I am apprehensive to drop money on the new one, time will tell on reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Impressive sound from a compact design!

I've had these speakers for maybe 4 years now. I recommend to all my friends. The response and clarity are outstanding for the price range. Everyone who hears them is impressed.

Subwoofer no good

I bought this 3 weeks ago and the subwoofer crackles. I emailed customer support and they asked numerous questions and I answered them all. Then they asked where I bought the speakers and the serial number i gave all that information. now they have not responded to me for over a week. I called customer support number and it says hold time 3 minutes I was on hold over an hour and then got disconnected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've never owned a Klipsch product until this speaker system. I owned a speaker system before I purchased this. All I can say is WOW! Absolutely no comparison. If you've been looking for a amazing speaker system, look no further. You just cannot beat this system and it's great price point. The quality of sound and bass with this system is second to none. I have no complaints or cons with this system. Another job well done by Klipsch.

Died after 3 years of light use
