First, the sound. Very crisp and clear. The large sub-woofer provides enough bass to rock a small room. The satellite speakers have good clarity. Second, the setup. Not too bad. Takes about 10-15 mins overall. There are a few connections that need to be completed. The speaker wires have soldered ends that have to be connected to the bass module. I wish, they would have a plug in connector instead. But my biggest challenge was the RS connector from the right speaker to the bass module. Apparently it needs to be really tightened with the connector screws. My right speaker would not work till I figured that out and had to spend almost 30 mins troubleshooting and thats the reason for the 4 star. Lastly, the looks. I think they are not as pleasing to look at.The satellites look bulky and the stands a bit primitive. Not too bad, but i am sure they can make it look better. Overall good value for money.

I'm Returning These Speakers

I used these in my living-room which is large I mounted the speakers directly in front of me (6'-7' away) the quality is pretty good but something sounds "Flat" or muffled. The smaller speakers have little power it's all in the base, even with the sound & base all the way up I find it Very hard to believe they have 200W, my SUV is 50W & much louder. I listen to near every type of music there is if you like RAP/BASE you'll like these but if you like girl harmony, R&B they're not for you.

Great sound...lasted a while...then sub started crackliing and popping...rest still sounds great, but that was disappointing because it ruins the whole sound.

Great value PC speakers, untouchable at this price point, and I would say competitive at twice this price. Bass is very good for a small setup. Clear, quality sound with some depth and richness, not cheap sounding. Sub woofer and speakers have weight, seem like very high quality construction. I use these for background music and gaming in a small home library. These replaced an older setup from an overpriced competitor, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Klipsch for providing a great product at a reasonable price. I had a question about my order and customer service was great also.

Very good computer speakers

I use these mainly from my laptop. I listen to Spotify. I watch movies on Vudu and Prime Video. In my small room, the sound is crystal clear. These small satellite speakers with the sub produce great sound. I have had other "computer" speakers, none have sounded as good as these. They can get VERY loud. There are only analog inputs into these, the main 3.5mm non-removable cable and an auxiliary jack on the side of the pod. They mix sound, so you need to turn down the main source if you want to listen with an auxiliary jack plugged into your phone or mp3 player. The back plate where the amp is located does get warm. Even with periods of non-use, it can get hand warm. No hiss from speakers when not in use. I have had these for almost 2 years with no problems.
Pros: Great sound.
Cons: No power switch.
