The over all sound is clean and it's a bonus that it comes with an inline mic that works with the music functions of the iphone. I expected them to be a bit more bass heavy from my experience with other v-moda headphones but for the price they perform well and seem well constructed. They were comfortable for the duration of a 5 hour plane ride.
What's great about it: comfort, overall sound, price
What's not so great: range
I would recommend this to a friend!

The right channel of these earbuds shorted out permanently 20 minutes after I bought them. V-Moda hasn't fixed the quality control issues seen in their older models. Avoid.
What's great about it: Absolutely nothing.
What's not so great: Muddy midrange. Didn't last the car ride home from the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't know what I was missing until now!

This is my first set of noise reducing ear plugs and now that I've tried them, I will never go back to the ole iPhone ear buds! The sound quality is amazing, bass is just enough and even when riding BART, i can still hear my music.
Only problem i have had is the microphone/answering system. When on a call with the plugs it sometimes can be difficult as you can hardly hear yourself talk so you dont know if you are too quiet or too loud. I have had complaints with the microphone level from the other end of the call too. Dont wear both plugs while driving! NOT SAFE.
What's great about it: Microphone, great sound, noise reducing design
What's not so great: Microphone on the receiving end
I would recommend this to a friend!

My son loves them...he says they have excellent sound quality; it handles base well and is not overpowering. A great choice for him!

The headphones do not sound near what I thought they would for the cost. I have had cheaper headphones that sound better. 2 stars is all I give them.
What's great about it: I got them on black Friday, so the price was good at the time
What's not so great: Sound Quality, People cant hear me on the phone unless I talk directly in the mic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Work great for 7 days, fit per fact in ear, not fell out while heavy exercise. Pulled out from my ear one day after exercise and left ear loose the voice. I do not know what to do. I through away the box. Very poor product build. Though the music was great for 7days (cost me $4.50/day). My made in China online headphone that cost me $3 is better than this product.
What's great about it: good product description
What's not so great: poor product quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
