Just bought it and Love it!

Very easy to use! Please let me know if the red light would change after fully recharged. It has been chanching for over 10 hours and it is still red. I live in Europe and am delighted it works on 220V!!! Thank you!

We're glad you love your wine opener! The red light stays on whenever the wine opener has a charge.
All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend the use of a converter, transformer or other electronic device with our product. Converting the electricity may compromise the functionality of the product. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty.

Battery not charging after 13 months

Have had this only 13 months. Does not charge. Of course, out of warranty. See on website the battery can not be replaced. Guess it goes in the trash. Not ordering another. Why would I?

does not last. The charge will not hold long enough to expell the cork.

No Longer indicates charging

I have Model FPSTBW8207-@ SN F351KLE. The red light in the charger base is on red when plugged into a wall outlet. When the opener(not working/battery dead) is mounted, the charging indicator on top of the opener does not illuminate(to indicate charging. I secured another(new) opener of a similar model and when placing the new opener in the questionable charging base, the new opener indicated charging. This tells me the old base is functioning. When placing the questionable opener in the new charging base, no charging indicator light illuminates. Bottom line, the old opener has failed and is not charging. Help!

broke after 3 uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift last Christmas and it worked great but just the other day I tried to use it and the cork screw only went into the cork about a half inch and the entire screw broke off from inside the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this opener for my birthday and was hoping it would solve the problem I have opening wine bottles with a hand held opener. Not so. I have yet to pull out a cork cleanly and have had it for a year. I always have to get a pliers to finish the job! I would not recommend this opener and will be looking for a new one.
