Does not work :(

Have tried on multiple bottles, but the open does not work. It goes in but never takes the cork out. I think I got a lemon.

Does not remove cork

The spiral goes into the cork just fine. The first few times the eject button pulled the cork out immediately. It no longer pulls the cork out past 3/4". I keep trying, sometimes pulling the opener when I press the eject button, sometimes pushing it, and sometimes trying to let it does its thing the way the way it's supposed to work. No luck, although it does look nice on the counter.

Unable to Recharge

Charged it out of the box and despite the LED charging light on the top of the dome failing to light, it seemed to hold a full charge. I attempted to recharge it a few days ago and although the red charging light glowed brightly for days, it refuses to charge. Otherwise, I love it. But right now, it's unusable. Any suggestions?

Stopped working

I got it as a gift approximately 2 years ago, I'm a single girl so maybe used 3 times per month and that's stretching it. I expected to get many years our of it. Sad that it didn't last!!! Red light comes on like it's charging but never gets to green. I like the comcept!

Great until it quit in the process of opening

Was very happy until the up and down button fell off and then it lost its power. I suppose I have had it to long to expect a replacements

Got one as a present,it worked Four weeks and then quit charging. I've read it's a common complaint, won't get another and won't recommend one. Junk!
