Perfect until now...

I received this as a gift last a Christmas. It is use is occasionally but not on a daily basis. I only charge it when it needs it but do leave it on the charging station. Went to use it after charging for days and it did not work. I have loved this product and wonder if I am out of luck with it working again.

I received this as a gift less than a year ago. It worked great and then stopped working. I had it plugged in to recharge for 24 hours and it barely whines then stops. Love the product, but it should last longer than this

Sticky handle

I've had this opener for about a year and only used it maybe 4 times. The black part of the handle got very sticky. I've tried everything to clean it off without success. Hate to use it. It's gross.

Great while it lasts...but only lasts for months

Stopped working after 6 months or so. Now even after sitting on the charger for a week, will quit after barely piercing a cork. Don't waste your money get a rabbit or some other manual opener.

Stopped working

I received this for a gift less than a year ago. I used it about 6-7 times and now the button won't work in the down direction only the up direction. Nothing happens when I push the button to remove the cork. Very disappointing.

Great features for a great price.

This product me and exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased how easy it was to use the opener and how well it worked. I love that it also removes the cork completely from the bottle and then has a reverse mode to release the cork from the opener unlike manual bottle openers where you have to twist to get the cork out. The design is very appealing as well. It's small and sleek and doesn't take up to much room on my counter space and looks great sitting out for everyone to see. I also love that it is rechargeable and not battery operated that way you are not constantly replacing the batteries. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
