Opps it stopped

I've had this for 8 months and everything was great. Then this morning when I wanted my coffee nothing and I've checked everything.

My favorite coffee maker but...

It started leaking out of the bottom. Then it brewed very slowly. Then it leaked more. However, we’ve had it for almost 10 years and it was a great machine. Sucks that it finally went out on us. So I’ve got to move on to a new coffee maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolute worst coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received as a gift. It has leaked since day one. I troubleshooted myself. It leaks from the bottom and has stained my countertop. I would not recommend this coffee maker.

We would like to ask you if when was the last time you did run a cleaning cycle into it? If it wasn't cleaned with vinegar solution recently, we recommend having it cleaned.

Additionally, please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below.

Make sure the unit has already been rested for 5-10 minutes before doing this.

1. Plug the unit into the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
2. Afterward, unplug the product. Give it 2 minutes before plugging it back in.
3. Plug it in again and hit brew. Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir.

If troubleshooting techniques won't work, we'd like to turn this experience around for you.
