Love it except...

Have had this for a few years now and one of the rubber grommets under the burner grate has come off. Was told that I need to buy a whole new grate. Why? I only need a simple rubber grommet and not a whole new grate. Why can't I but one? Have searched all over.

Not very durable

Less the 5 years old and need to have the control panel replaced, never had a stove that needed any work, for the price would have hoped for 10 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great stove

Good oven, but not for advanced users.

The oven has many nice features, and there is also a nice feature for folks who observe the Sabbath, so the system can be pre-programmed to bake a day before intended. But at least in one respect, there is less user control over the features, because everything is automated to death. Automation and pre-programmed features are very important for the average home user, who does not want to have to fuss with the details of oven controls. As for advanced users, there is some room for improvement: for example, if you want to use a Convect Bake feature, then keep on dreaming if you wish to set a temperature below 300 F. But why would anyone ever think to use the Convect feature below 300 F ? Well, guess what: some oven uses might actually benefit from the convection fan during oven use below 300 F. Air circulation is important for non-traditional oven baking. Baking cakes and meat are not the only foods that are baked in an oven, and the convection fan feature would be important at all temperature ranges. Limiting use of the oven fan with pre-programmed automation, places the value of this oven lower than an oven which would allow the user to simply turn on/off the convection fan with a manual override of program controls.

Terrible quality. 3 years and control board is out

3 year old appliances should not have electronic control boards die. Cheap garbage. Stay away.

Bad Temp Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 yrs I have had 4 TECHNICIANS here to FIX the incorrect oven temp. 4 service charges and parts later, the oven STILL does not work properly. The stove top configuration is not for anyone under 5 ft. The large burner need to be to the back. The rubber feet under the burners keep coming off. This FEEDUP Baker with FLAT cakes DOES NOT recommend this brand.
