Oven will not turn off

I loved the range at first, then it started beeping, and now the oven will NOT turn off. We have to go to the main breaker to turn the stove off. I had an inspector here and he was even shocked... I am still trying to see if it's worth trying to figure out what is wrong vs. buy a new one.
