I find it very hard to clean. Always smudges. Have to almost polish with a dry clean rag. Also purchased the microwave and find the same problem.

Door Problems

Moisture is getting in between the glass panels of the door. There seems to be no way to get rid of these drip stains and they make the oven door look dirty.

I would not recommend this product. We baked dozens of cookies this Christmas and the heating in the oven is not consistent. We did not use the convection feature because it is too new for us. We realized placement in the oven affected how they cooked.
Also, the oven lights are not good. It lights mostly one side only. Really needs to be redesigned.
When you set the temperature for baking and the bell goes off the temperature is not what you set it for. More time is required before the temp is accurate.

Do not recommend black.
Griddle burner does not heat evenly. Grates are too big to fit in sink to clean. Wish it had 2 regular burners instead of 2 high powered. Oven works good.
