I just purchased this Logitech speaker system, Z313 from Hewlett-Packard, on line. This system is truly awesome! I did have a desktop speaker system, just two speakers, and it was 'so-so'. I can hardly believe how much better and how very good this system is! The bass is excellent and so is the treble and the midrange. It's hard to believe that such good sound is coming from my computer! I do recommend this system to anyone..you will not be sorry!!

These are the 3rd style of speakers I have purchaced made by Logitech . Why , because they make a very high quality product at a very reasonable price. With Logitech , low price does NOT mean low quality. These speakers may be small , but they are quite large in volume , and giant in quality.The sound is crisp and the bass is great as well. I bought these for my Wife and she is very happy. They are easy to set up , have a small profile , and make it a pleasure to listen to your music , and movies too. Something that is true to EVERY one of the 3 styles I have bought from Logitech. They all sound great soft or loud. I am impressed with the all around high quality of all 3 kinds of my Logitechs from the lower to the higher Watts , the size , and the price. $35 to $180 and all are a pleasuare to own and to use. The THX speakers are fantastic and pack a movie and music punch that will have your friends and family wishing they owned some too. HP sells them on this web site 15 to 25 watts or the 200 watt THX Logitechs , you can and will enjoy pure crisp music and movies with these speakers as well as the other models as well.

I JUST WANTED A NICE LOW KEY SPEAKER SYSTEM FOR MY NOTEBOOK, BUT WOW THESE ARE GREAT AMAZING SOUND GREAT LOOKS EASY TO HOOK UP AND USE. THEY ARE SMALL. BUT SOUND LIKE A MUCH LARGER SYSTEM.

I guess you get what you pay for. These speakers are very cheap and they sound cheap. They are tuned to give mostly bass and there is no way to adjust the bass on them. I don't mean that they give an awesome bass sound, they don't. It's just that the higher tones are eliminated. It makes listening to spoken word not so good. And listening to music is not so good either because there is no 'fullness' to the sound. Either find better sounding cheap speakers or spend a little extra and get some real speakers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a entertainment system for listening to the radio at home. I had to spend twice as much money to accomplish this task. When I purchased the logitech speakers and listened to internet radio, I had everything I wanted, plus good quality sound. Excellent Buy.

Speakers were easy to install and use. Enchanced the use of my
computer by the sound used on some of my incoming E-mail's, U-tube, etc.
The games I play on the computer are more enjoyable.

I was a little doubtful about purchasing these speakers because I was use to the 5.1 surround sound system, but I'm glad I did. They have the perfect sound, even better than the 5.1 and the control pod makes these speakers even better. I would definitely recommend this product.

Theses speakers make games sound like you are in them. Movies are even better, the seperation of left right and sub woofer makes for one party atmosphere ever time. I'm going use this for all my music now.
