The definitive version of a classic film

I remember watching Gladiator in the theater back in 2000, in what I believe was the 70MM format. The film blew me away with the sound, acting, and beautiful cinematography. When I bought the DVD, I thought it was reference. When it came to Blu-ray, I thought the transfers were lacking in that they had a red hue and "enhancements" that made everything look worse.

I'm happy to say that the 4K version fixes these issues with a new native 4K transfer l, Dolby Vision HDR, and DTS X soundtrack. It looks and sounds better than it ever could, even in a toptier theater back in 2000. If you love the movie, buy it. It also includes the extended edition in true 4K.
