I'm enjoying this item so far. Haven't had it very long yet, but so far so great... And yes, they really should revise the battery life description.
What's great about it: Ease of use, great price.
What's not so great: battery life is definitely shorter than expected

This mp3 player started off good when I first got it. However, syncing to my computer took 15 solid minutes the first time, and it's consistantly been 20 minutes every time since then. I purchased an 4 GB model and I was much happier.
What's great about it: Good value, nice features, durable, looks smart
What's not so great: syncs music veeeerrrryyyy slowly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

after reading all these bad reviews about this, i cautiously took the plunge. i run windows 7 64bit and this works like a champ. to be sure i downloaded the software update from sony, for vista and 7. absolutely no issues.
i do want to say that the shell scratches very easy. very upset about that. i took it to work one day after i bought it and it got scratched badly in my pocket.
GET A SCREEN PROTECTOR.
its a bit of a pain to get the album art on the thing but that is not sonys fault.
huge upgrade from my previous mp3 player.
i am happy with it.
What's great about it: almost everything
What's not so great: way to easy to scratch screen
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works great and syncs easily with windows media player. We do not have to buy rebuy any of the music we already have and we do not have to load any new special programs to make it work. It is easy to handle and easy to use. It works great in the car as well. The screen is clear and easy to understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Works with WMA files
What's not so great: No complaints
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the Sony Walkman, it sounds great, the FM radio works well, it was easy to sync and load up and the video is clear as well. I feel it is a great value for the price. I purchased it with in store pick up and that went good as well!

I purchased this walkman as an upgrade to a previous sony walkman. II got it for a great price and was able to use my best buy rewards certificate. I use the walkman while working in the lab and so far I have no complaints. I purchased accessories from Amazon for this walkman and just love it! If you are looking for something simple this will work for you.
What's great about it: Easy to download music, good price, battery is decent, nothing difficult about this walkman
What's not so great: a little difficult to get back to home page, but still good walkman
I would recommend this to a friend!

I liked the item, I thought that it is very well made and would buy from both Sony and Best Buy again!!
What's great about it: Stores alot of Music
What's not so great: Size at first, but now I have grown accustomed to the size. (Small)
