I'm an elderly person but one who makes an effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm not overweight, my diet is careful, and I exercise. Even so, my cholesterol kept climbing. Healthcare professionals just shrugged and chalked it up to genetics and age. "Just one of those things." I really didn't want to go on a statin--but it looked inevitable. My total cholesterol had breached the 200 mark and was still climbing. So I decided to try the Nutribullet RX--and what a delightful experiment that was. The delicious soups and smoothies have revolutionized my enjoyment of shopping for produce--and now I'm always looking for something new to try. I'd already decided that even if the Nutribullet RX didn't help my cholesterol, I was going to stick with it anyway. I use it almost every day. The smoothies are my afternoon pick-me-up, and the soups are often featured with dinner. They're so much fun to make, extremely nutritious and sooo delicious! AND... to my delightful surprise, within 5 months of starting the Nutribullet RX, my total cholesterol came down 30 points! That outcome was beyond my wildest dream. It was the best reading I'd had in 10 years. So no statin for me!!! Thank you, Nutribullet!

I hate salads

The leafy greens just make me cringe. Yet they are so beneficial. I have tried hiding them in my ninja blender smoothies to no avail. I still suck up green chunks through my straw. I was throwing out bag after bag of spoiled greens. Until I saw the infomercial for the Nutribullet Rx.
I anxiously awaited the arrival of my new blender; full of promises to liquefy everything put in it. My first smoothie I made? Strawberry, kiwi, coconut water smoothie with a big handful of kale and a tablespoon of flax seeds!
I was not disappointed! Honestly I could not even tell I put flax seeds or kale in there! It was super smooth and I could feel the energy within minutes of drinking it. The Nutribullet Rx is my new favorite appliance!

I purchase bulletrx this Christmas and I had problems with the top, the rubber gasket keeps getting loose and prevents me from taking the top off after I make a drink. When I finally get the top off all the juice spills all over. The juicer stopped working after two weeks. I tried to call customer service for two weeks in the AM and Pm and I get put on hold then get disconnected. I'm furious. All I can say I was no happy with the company and the juicer.

I bought the RX version a couple of months ago... been having trouble with gasket coming out and falling in my drink. I have called Customer service several times only to stay on hold, and after a very long wait, i am hung up on. Product is good when you first get it, but after several times using it falls apart, and good luck trying to talk to someone after they have charged a hefty price for defective product. Do not buy this product... customer service sucks.

I have lost 18pounds, I have not used my asthma inhaler in months, and have been taken off all my heart meds. I have been given a good bill of health from my doctor! Thank you Nutribullet RX!!!! Love the Power, Hate the Seal

I've been using the Nutribullet Rx for about 2 months now and love the power of the motor and the automated features. It produces the smoothest smoothies of any machine I've tried.
Unfortunately the seal on the blade unit will not stay in place reliably. The seal seems to be pulled from its location while blending. Some have suggested that using the blade tightening tool will help the problem but I haven't found this to be the case. I've tried using various amounts of pressure with the blade tool and by hand without satisfactory results.
At first the rubber seal would come loose when unscrewing the blade unit which was okay because there was no leakage or problem with the seal getting caught in the blade. Recently the problem has become worse and the seal pulls loose during blending which creates a mess in the machine and can damage the seal. it seems particularly problematic when blending frozen fruits and ice or fibrous fruits like mango and pineapple. It could be the extra vibration caused by these foods but this shouldn't happen if the seal is properly designed.
The Nutribullet Rx is a powerful unit that blends perfectly but is marred by a frustrating design of the seal and blade unit that will not keep the seal in place during blending. I would not recommend this product to a friend until this issue is resolved.
Also it is nearly impossible to get through to customer service to discuss the problem. I have tried calling Customer Service only to be hung up on before reaching a real person by the automated service. Sent an email and received an auto reply answer that it will take 5 to 7 days to get an answer. Poor customer service is another problem with purchasing a product from NutriBullet.

Seal pulling loose during blending

I had the original nutrabullet and loved it I just wished it had a larger capacity. When the nutrabullet RX came out I thought how perfect!! Unfortunately, after the first day the seal came off numerous times and wrapped around the blade during use. I now have the nutrabullet RX in the garage and use the original again... waste of money do not buy!!

I LOVE my Nutribullet Rx!! The whole family is getting more fruits and vegetables than ever with this simple to use tool!! We make up our Nutriblasts in the morning and in a flash we have exactly what we need to start our day. Sometimes we prepare the ingredients the night before, the next morning we pop it onto the machine and, in the time it takes to feed my dogs, my Nutriblast is ready for me and the rest of the family!
