Nice TV but limited fearures

I really like the picture on this TV but it takes some playing a round with the adjustments to get it just right, I have a 32" Samsung that has a lot more adjustments for picture settings.
Over all it's a great value for a 48" TV

Can't Go Wrong!

Our j5000Series LED TV 48" class has been operational about 1 month. This review is based only upon that brief period of ownership:
Initially, we purchased a competitor's TV. It was defective from installation. We contacted manufacturers tech support and, in addition, a service representative made a house call. The problem was not resolved. Since the TV was within the 30 day return grace period, the unit was returned to the retailer primarily based upon their advise.
From the same retailer, we elected to purchase this Samsung model. Consumer Report had given Samsung an excellent rating and, in large part, that is what guided us in this purchase. Our model was easy to install, easy to operate, and provides an excellent picture. At this point in ownership, we are well pleased. The price was competitive, albeit using a "price-match" the retailer offered.
Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with the performance and quality . Simple to set up, easy to use remote. This is a basic set, no added bells and whistles, which is exactly what I was looking for. Sleek looking and well balanced for the stand.
Pros: Inexpensive, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, clean design
Cons: sound and volume control a little on the low side

This Samsung TV is a fair buy for the price. Not the quality and does not have the features of my old LG TV, but it is ok

Loving My New TV!

I love this TV, so far I have had it for only 2 days but so far so Good! I had it professionally installed. It has a beautiful screen picture, color and it is the perfect size for my Living Room. My Old Tube Tv which I had for 30 years died, so I had to purchase a new TV.
I Did My Research, I wanted a 48 inch HD TV That Was Simple To Use and Had The Features I wanted. I decided on the Samsung LED Series 5000 So Far Quality Product. I did not want to get a Smart TV. I wanted a TV that had the features I wanted and was easy to use for a Senior.

Excellent Product

This TV has opened up a whole new world of entertainment for my husband and I. Beautiful clear, bright and color perfect pictures. Excellent sound. Easy to configure and set up is nearly self-explanatory. We love it! Excellent value. Sports and nature shows are phenomenal on it.
