defective cartridge

Have not tried the latest cartridge yet, but the previous cartridge which is still in the printer does not print colors unless it is removed and the head wiped down

I prefer to use HP ink for my HP printer because I trust HP. The quality is good. The prices are comparable to other locations. I always of course wish it would last longer - more bang for the buck! But I am not in any way disappointed.

The latest ship of 60xl color ink was missing the strip of tape across the cartridge head and seems to be dried up. I'm having difficulties printing. For the price, this shouldn't be happening! I'm about ready to switch to something besides a HP Printer.

HP 60XL Tri-color ink cartidge has always been completely satisfactory. Never had a problem with one. This kind of quality assurance is refreshing. Wish I could say the same about everything I buy.
