I really like the fact that I get more ink in the cartridge but it was a little difficult to load and the printer says it is not happy with it but it prints great so I am satisfied with it. My printer is an HP 110D. Ordering and shipping were great, timely and easy to do-love it!

The Multi-Color never disappoints me when I install a new one. It always works. The colors are always the same. Don't waste your time trying to refill these babies. Let the Pros at HP do it. They ALWAYS WORK!

I received two separate color cartridges that were purported to fit my printer...neither were recognized. I am in a busy time and was counting on my printer. i am having to use my local library until I can resolve. I resent 1. not having a printed manual to trouble shoot 2. paying so often so much for ink that over the life of the instrument the ink costs more than the printer 3. having to address a new printer so frequently in my life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
