Excellent ink cartridges

I've tried refilled ink cartridges. They have leaked & caused problems with my printer. HP cartridges are excellent. I've never had a problem with them. The XL size gives me my money's worth in ink!

The cartridges last a lot longer so I don’t worry about running out of ink when I do a large printing job.

Print only 16 pages in color & 16 pages in black

I never expected that these ink cartridges will printed only 16 pages in black & color, what a disappointment I had, I couldn't finished my project, wasting my time and my money, these cartridge already cost me more than my hp envy 120, which is by the way a pretty good printer, I don't know if I will keep the printer, but these ink cartridges cost too much for what it supposed to print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from hp.comBy BinuHP SupportJanuary 23, 2018

Hi, thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Page yield of your HP 60XL Tri-color Ink Cartridge. Historically printer manufacturers used their own methods for estimating page yield. However, this made it difficult to compare different products. Nowadays, the published page yield is based on the Industry Standard for measuring yields (refer to International Standards Organization ISO 24711). The actual yield varies considerably based on the content of the printed pages, the frequency of printing, the ink used in set-up etc. You may find that you will get more pages when printing in Fastdraftmode. XL size cartridges offer up to 50% lower cost per page compared with standard size cartridges. Our recommendation would be that you leave your printer powered on in normal usage conditions, only power it down if you will not use it for an extended period of time (ie: longer than one month).
