Love the photo cartridge (black). It lasts longer than others I have tried with other printers. The results are clear, sharp pictures that look professionally made.

Why does the photo black run out even though no photos are printed? This is the only fault I find with my printer.

Love HP Products

My primary printing jobs are photos. HP cartridges provide me with the best quality printing of my images. The 564XL black lasts longer than other vendor cartridges that I tried in an emergency. I will continue to use HP cartridges and products because of the outstanding results that I get.

With my new printer I really think having seperate black cartridges for photos and regular paper printing helps save money. I am pleased and looking forward to printing more projects.

When I installed the new ink cartridge, my ink meter only went 1/4 of the way up. I'm sure that last time I ordered an XL cartridge, my ink meter showed full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
