You'll really enjoy any Ooma device, just so long as you don't have to deal with their customer service representatives. Oi. I can't decide which is worse, the Post Office or Ooma.
What's great about it: Works as expected
What's not so great: Trying to resolve an issue is like pulling teeth
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I researched a lot of VOIP phone devices and I chose Ooma because I didn't want any monthly bills. After you pay for the device and if you do not upgrade to premium service, that's it! No monthly bill. I work from home and found this to be very reliable when I'm on conference calls.

WITH INTERNET ACCESS, YOU WILL SAVE $$$ WITH THIS VOIP DEVICE!! I CHECKED WITH MY LOCAL 911 SERVICE TO SEE IF THEY WOULD HAVE MY ADDRESS INFO IF I NEEDED TO CALL THEM AND THEY DO. JUST LIKE YOUR LANDLINE. GOOD TO KNOW IN CASE OF A EMERGENCY

REALLY! I just today, June 13th 2020, finally installed this product. It works. I'm still learning all of the basic functions. Sound quality is very good. $4.90 prepaid per month in taxes and fees. What a deal. I'm going to save a bunch of money when I port my home phone number and cancel my current home service. WHAT A DEAL!
