Bought this product to replace a standard DVD player for grandchildren. The Samsung quality and ease of operation is everything I would expect of it. I would buy another of the Samsung products in the future.

Love the blue ray!

My daughter gave me a Samsung blue ray for my birthday. I love the clarity of the picture and the sound, especially on newer movies because we have surround sound. I can also now get Netflix through it, as well as Pandora, YouTube and many internet options. It's nice to have it all in one player!

I bought this player because my TV up stairs is not a smart TV with Wi-Fi & apps. The player worked out good. Saved my from buying a new TV. I have been using this product now for over a month with no problems.

equipment stops working after update

The player works great until you update it then it wont play blu ray discs so after only having it for a little more than a year it is just a DVD player so whats the point in spending the money on it. So it looks like I will just be out more money just to watch blu ray discs
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, stops working after update

I just bought a new 32" Samsung TV and I wanted to pair it with the beautiful, compact Samsung Blue Ray Player. They work very well together, very efficient in commanding all features. Again, a constant with my experience with Samsung products is the excellent detail. Being extremely satisfied with this purchase I went back and bought another Smart Blue Ray Player to pair with my 52" Samsung in my den allowing me to set up a complete household network for downloading NETFLIX, etc.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, compact
Cons: cannot view power signal placed on top of unit

Perfect match for our Samsung 60" LED

We have 3 other Samsung LED's and it only made sense to purchase the Bluray player! The setup is so easy anyone can do it! And, I love the automatic wireless updates so I never have to remember to upload!
