I love the compact size of the unit and how easy it is to use. It was easy to install and has loads of great features.

I haven't owned this Blue-Ray player that long, but so far everything works flawlessly, I love the way it syncs up with my Samsung smart TV, it has a lot of great features and I'm very happy with it.

Came with wrong remote

I decided to subscribe to the WWE Network online I want see Wrestlemania 31 on my big screen so I need to install the WWE App from the smart hub store I couldn't find it so I called Samsung come to find out the Hub button should be on this remote that came with the player there is no Hub button this isn't even the correct remote I wish I knew this last year when I purchased it I could have taken it back to the store now I have to try and purchase the correct one so I will be watching Wrestlemania 31 on my laptop instead of the big screen bummer so I don't recommend this i didn't get what I paid for shouldn't have to pay for the correct remote I should be able to exchange it. Unfortunately my tv isn't a smart tv or I could access the WWE APP that way .

Cons: Did not meet expectations

no amazon app, confusing remote

Just purchased today but am disappointed there's no app for amazon and the remote is small and confusing and just like my TV remote with out channels. Samsung offers the amazon app on other products and can't be to hard for a software update. Put a DVD in and started fine and played fine and quality seemed good.

Needs worthy apps

The apps provided are nothing more than filler intended to bore the customer into submission. I use the DVD player as a DVD player.
Netflix, Hulu, pandora are the only apps worth anything. The rest are junk apps.

The upgrade I put in caused a lot of problems, and I hed to reset player to default options. Overall the player is a great player. Enjoy having it.
