This is a nice addition/upgrade to the Wii Fit - enjoy the extra workouts and so easy to use - exercise at home and get as good a workout as going to the gym!
What's great about it: East to use, good price, adds a new aspect to the Wii Fit
What's not so great: nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wii Fit Plus offers more excersises then the Wii Fit. It is worth the $20 if you already own Wii Fit. There are more excersises and it keeps you entertained while working out.
What's great about it: More excercises then wii fit

Some of the games on it can be played with up to four people which makes it more entertaining for a group.
What's great about it: Good continuation of the original. Can play with 4 people on some portions now.

If Wii Fit frustrated you because you spent too much time pushing the A button and not enough time actually working out - you aren't going to like this one either. You still can't incorporate the games into the workouts, the games get old, and the workouts still require you to push the A button a zillion times. I found the EA Sports Active (which also uses the balance board) is fantastic, you don't have to hit the A button 5 times to do 30 seconds of activity AND it lets you incorporate the games into the workouts.
What's great about it: The games are fun
What's not so great: Too many breaks, not enough sequencing for a real workout

This latest installment of wii fit is pretty much just what I had been looking for. For the most part I use the game as supplimental exercise to get me off my butt (especially when the weather is unfavorable).
My biggest problems with the first game was that it didn't count calories, and you had to go back to the menu each time to do a new exercise.
Both of those problems have fortunately been fixed as there is now a calorie (met) counter, and completely customizable workout routines.
Unfortunately the BMI indicator will still make you feel pretty self-concious if you fall into the "overweight" category.
Also, the trainers continue to repeatedly make the same comments and it gets pretty tedious to listen to (although if you set up your own routine you don't have to hear the phrases nearly as much!)
The new plus games are a lot of fun - I especially enjoy the marching band one.
bascially if you have wiifit now and like it, this is a must buy.
PS> the "weigh your pet" feature is kind of a dud. Who needs that exactly?
What's great about it: Calorie counter, customizable routines, fun new games
What's not so great: repetitive voice and unfair BMI
I would recommend this to a friend!
