Solid oven

Just installed this weekend. Nice solid built appliance. Easy to use, didn't need to review instructions :). Measured temperature and was spot on. Only fault would be hard to see through windows in the white version I got. Not sure why windows are not clear versus having a painted grid on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this item about 3 months ago. It performs well and I feel like a Top Chef! The only issue I would like to address is no roll out trays for a 27"; this is an essential for safety and convenice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT OVEN

We replaced our 20-year old GE Profile Double (24") with this new 27" GE Double Oven and it cooks wonderfully.

Uneven interior

I baked brownies. They are thin and crispy on one side, thick and chewy on the other. I cannot bake using batter as it flows to one side of the pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced the original GE double wall oven, circa early 1990's, and am so happy to have an over that holds it's temperature and has convection!

Classy, Quiet, Upgrade to my Kitchen

This unit is easy to use. It is attractive looking. My only complaint is that during the cooking cycle the temperature will drop by close to 40 or 50 degrees. It doesn't always do this, but when it does,itI will cause my cooking time to be increased. I have used a professional oven thermometer to verify this temperature drop. When I catch this happening I will cancel the cycle and reset the temperature and sure enough the digital display will show the oven temp to be about 40 degrees lower and will start the preheat cycle to elevate the temp. When this does not happen the digital oven display temperature will exactly match the professional oven thermometer I've placed inside the unit. Just have to keep a close eye on it. I shouldn't have to, but I never know when this will happen. It happens on regular bake and convection bake.

This oven replaced the 17 year old contractor model that came with the house. What a difference! I am enjoying the many features; the digital controls, the convection oven (which I use all the time) and the self-cleaning feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
