I purchase my oven in September 2015. It is beautiful and it cooks much faster than my old wall oven. It cooks even and the cakes and cookies brown really nice. It makes my kitchen look great.

Works great with lots of features

Quickly heats up (faster than replaced ovens) and maintains the temperature setting. Only issue is that the touchpad is overly sensitive and "double pushes" numbers with no "back space" key - have to start over.

fast cooking and style

Great oven I bought it to replace my 1965 wall oven as I remodeled my condo. Wish it had convection in the bottom oven and a separate clock and dial timer. Also had to adjust the temperature to match the oven but there is a function for that also I would suggest buying a oven thermometer to verify the temperature

Pretty good double oven

We bought this 2 months ago to replace our wall oven that was 19 years old and finally died. This is pretty good overall. I like the way it looks and it is quiet. The fan comes on but it's not very loud (we can talk over it no problem). It's been great for roasting meats and baked chicken, muffins and quick breads. I have only used convection once, I usually use conventional because that is what I'm used to. The disappointing thing is that it only has one heating element in each oven, the upper element. So there is no bottom element for baking or preheating.
So when I bake cookies with two cookie sheets at a time, the cookies on the top rack get done first. Then I move the cookies from the bottom rack up to the top for 2-3 more minutes. They never look the same, though. The ones baked on the top rack look pretty, and snickerdoodles look crinkly like they should. But the snickerdoodle cookies from the bottom rack never get that pretty, crinkly look. I will try switching them halfway through next time, but that is more high maintenance. My old oven heated both the top and bottom, and I wouldn't need to rotate them halfway through. Maybe I'll do them on convection next time too, that might help.
Overall this is a good buy for the money. It was the middle price range, not the cheapest, but not a high end model. I think I will get used to it and be able to bake and roast everything I need to. GE makes great quality products. Our over-the-range microwave is GE also and it's great.

Works perfectly and fit in old GE spot

Looked at several manufacturers and stayed with GE to replace 30 year old unit. Installed myself easily with help to lift. Looks and works fine. Heats up pretty fast and not sure why there was negative feedback on that. The fan that runs on heating up is different. Cooked Thanksgiving meal and double oven helped a lot. GE offers great service and has had reliable products plus made in US! Hopefully new one will last more than the 10 years the delivery guys stated with new appliances.

Oven is very pleasing to look at. Enchances the overall look of the kitch. Oven is big inside. Confusing to set the timer. Can't seem to get it to work, even after looking in the manual. Will have to call for service.

nice oven features

Nice oven with many features (convection single and multi rack modes) at a reasonable price. Adjusting to cooking with convection...great with baking breads...some other things finding i need to bump up the temps 5-10 degrees on convection mode. Also would nice to see temp after the oven is heated to desire temp...like how much of temp drop after the door opens. Overall....l love the oven.
