The installer started the oven. It was working fine so I got on our computer to register it. When I got back the oven was dead..no lights, nothing. I called the installer back. He started to take the oven apart and it started up again but for less than a minute. It heated ok the first time but would not heat when it came back on. It shut down again after about five minutes.

I like the product - don't like the instruction manual - still trying to figure out stuff - maybe its because I am in that ambiguous age range of over 65!

Bought two months ago. Used frequently. Very, very quiet. Little heat felt around it when in use. Very easy to use.

Controls are NOT user-friendly

The oven bakes just fine, but the touch control pad is VERY hard to figure out, even when you read the instructions, which you shouldn't have to do to operate the functions. The timer is especially dificult, and so is the function to set the clock. When you have to pull out the user manual to figure out functions, something needs to change!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite, fan is not that noisy,heats up in a reasonable time,settings are easy to use. Great even cooking.
