Love the convection feature

I've only been using this for about a month. So far I am very happy. I had a very old oven that was not consistent in its heating temps and the fan had become so noisy it sounded like an airplane propeller and would stay on for at least 15 minutes after I turned the oven off. This oven makes no sound at all except for when using convection and then it just sounds like a very small table top fan is on. I bake a lot and am really enjoying this new oven. The 1st thing I made was a batch of peanut butter cookies using the convection option. They really came out so nice. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My husband said they were the best I had ever made. I followed up with a couple batches of fresh from scratch biscuits that were perfection and even made some strawberry scones that were great. I can't wait to try more recipes.

I purchased this for the kitchen renovation completed 2 months ago to replace a Dacor double oven. Very pleased with the looks, quality, and features like self cleaning racks, convection bake and roast, and steam cleaning capability.

I really like that the new 27" interior is wider than the oven it replaced, I would like to believe that a good marketing team could developed a more user friendly keypad with better initial manual instructions for operation. As an example, the timer appears to have seconds to enter, but what ever number you enter will count down (don't know enter 1700 for seventeen minutes). The complaints about warn up time is not an issue with my oven, there my be a product issue with those that list that as a problem.

This oven is better than the elite that we had it only last 4 years. I love that it vents out of the bottom of the oven, rather than next to the control panel. The proofing feature is great. Over all happy with this purchase.
