Still learning how to use it

So far so good- undid the convection compensation as it was much lower than expected and cooking was slow. We will have a big test this week for Thanksgiving, with both ovens in use, so we'll see. Still using a separate thermometer to check the temp calibration as we get more experience.

Slow to heat

I knocked one star off as it takes much longer to reach set temp compared to my old oven.

Beautiful oven

This oven replaced a almost 40 year old GE double oven. Little dissapointed that we had to cut the opening a little. It was about 1/8 of an inch too small. Seem to work well but we have had it in only a few days. I do have to say I was happy to read about the racks having a protective coating so you don’t have to take them out while cleaning. But when I got the racks they all have two spots on the back of them that is missing the coating. I assume where they were held when coated. Overall looks like a nice oven.

Just had it installed and works great! love all of the features especially the steam clean. looks great installed
I upgraded from a 22in. oven to a 27in oven and GE was the one of the Only companies that offers a 27in. oven with a 25in. cutout (the ONLY size that i could upgrade to).
