We just bought this oven to replace a 19 year old GE double oven. It fit perfectly. We need a few more months to determine provide a review of the features and function of the oven.

After many weeks of research and store visits, we settled on the GE JK5500SFSS and we are certainly glad we did! It is whisper quiet when operating and cooks any and all food perfectly. It was a major upgrade from the basic oven model our builder installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful design, No coils showing in the bottom that makes for easy clean! The oven area is bigger than the double oven replaced. Great value and made in the USA.

We are replacing our current GE oven after 23 years with this newer model. A couple new features such as warm and steam clean, but otherwise the same oven in an updated model. Looks great and works just perfect!

Nice oven, heats unevenly on one oven

I bought this oven about a month ago. It looks great and is true to temperature. There are two negatives:
1. It take a long time to preheat.
2. One of the ovens cooks unevenly. Dish must be rotated.
