I bought this three months and it does a good job except grates are low in front--now way to raise them. off about one half inch Oven sets level

We purchased this right after Thanksgiving. We love it. It bakes well and so easy to clean. Let's you know when it is at the correct temperature. Wish we had gotten it sooner.

Nice Oven

I replaced a 40 year old built in GE oven with this new one in 2014. So far have had no problems except it is impossible to clean with only vinegar and mild soap as stated in the instructions. Steam cleaning did nothing and I'm afraid to try "self" cleaning because of reviews of overheating. What is the lining made of that cannot withstand a stronger cleaner or use of an abrasive pad. The old oven had an interior that looked brand new after cleaning with an SOS pad. This is very frustrating...
