Shattered glass door

I only use my oven a few times a month. I was shocked on Christmas Day when I checked my ham and saw cracks in the oven door glass!! I opened it and it was shattered! I have no idea why this would happen! I’m so sad. I liked this oven and have not had it long or used it very much over the time I’ve had it. Not looking forward to trying to get it fixed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

I love my new oven. It completes the look of my kitchen matching my other slate appliances. It's fun to tell Alexa to preheat the oven to 400 degrees and hear it turn on. I'm happy with the way it functions and looks. Very clean design.

Excellent Smart oven!

I bought this particular model of wall oven because I had chosen the fridge based on the color and size we need in our kitchen remodel. I wanted to buy appliances in the same collection. My husband and I installed it ourselves, and the instructions were very straightforward and easy to understand. We were able to install it in one evening. I set up the oven on the WiFi and connected it to my Alexa app. Let me tell you, I feel so futuristic when all I have to say out loud is, "Alexa, turn the oven on to 400," and it does it! I love this oven! The color is beautiful, it cooks evenly, it stays clean inside, and the capacity is larger than other wall ovens I've encountered. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My oven is less than 2 years old

I have been disappointed in the oven since the purchase. It never matched the performance of my last GE oven that I had for over 20 years. Today my oven's glass door shattered. Unhappy is an understatement
