Oven is not level.

The first time I baked in the oven, my cake was slanted like a ski slope. We checked the racks were installed correctly, they were. We had our cabinet installer and electrician recheck everything and it was all correct. The store tech came out and he couldn't figure it out. The base of the oven appears to be level, but the rack shelves are quite off. The store where we bought the oven has ordered new racks and we are waiting to see if that will correct the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THIS PURCHASE WAS AS AN EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT. OUR ORIGINAL GE OVEN LASTED FOR 25 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. WE FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THIS NEW ONE WILL DO THE SAME.

Nice self cleaner

Self cleaning worked well. Although the areas that had baked on food are now lighter than the rest of the coating inside the oven. All other features work well and we are pleased with this purchase.
