Caveat: I have not used this oven extensively.
So far the oven has performed well. It seems to heat up quite slowly, but maintains the temp setting very well. I'll know more in 6-12 months.

I bought this oven just over a month now and I am not at all happy. I do not believe that the temperature is true to the setting, although we have had someone out to service it who says it is right. I do a lot of baking and my recipes that I make all the time do not come out right and my baked stuff is dryer than normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
