I love the flexibility and ease of use, Took me a bit to figure out the timer, but once I figured it out I realized the issues were all "operator error"...and reading the directions would've made my life much simpler! Looks great, works great and easy to use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Takes a long time to heat up but heating is even.

Came with new house. The features are great, it looks great and heats foods evenly and consistently. It does take longer than some other ovens we've had to heat up but i think that is because the heating elements are hidden beneath the floor of the oven. That feature is great for cleaning, however. No coils to work around.
