Came with the new house. Good choice, Mr. Builder. Very pleased with the product. The only thing is the timer is not very intuitive to use.

Takes forever to heat up

This oven takes forever to heat up. It has a totally different cooking pattern than other ovens I have had. If it is not all the way pre-heated do not put anything in it. You will have doughy insides and hard outsides.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
