Good product good bargain

Bought as part of a kitchen remodel along with a cook top and Oven fitted exactly as it was supposed to. The only problem I had was that the oven temperature controller was 25-degrees off. There is a compensation feature built in which I used to get it to the correct temp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slow to heat, but makes lots of noise

Very slow to heat to temperature.
Control panel not as responsive as one would expect.
Makes lots of clicks and ticks as it slowly gets to temperature.

Takes forever to preheat

Purchased this for our new house. It takes longer to preheat then it does to actually bake our food. The timer feature doesn't make sense either.

I had to replace an oven that was over 20 years old. I cannot believe how much better this GE oven is compared to my old oven. Much easier to program. Easy to use and has a great display. Looks great in my kitchen. I love it!
