Nothing to write home about. It takes way to long to heat up. The door is a poor design. You have to make sure it is closed all the way because sometimes it does not shut properly so I have to push it shut. Not the best purchase decision.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this unit was the right size for the space, the previous owner of the house had put in a small oven which did not fit my needs, this bigger oven fits perfect and the size is what I need to do all my baking needs, the easy control panel and ability to set the time and forget is great, love this unit

Quiet and preheats quickly!

Bought this a week ago and have been using it everyday since. My oven died which was electric with convection, not a GE. Never used the convection so I wanted a straight electric oven. Did the research and found this GE model to be reliable by many. Preheats quickly and is very quiet compared to my previous oven. So far, so good!
