My ovens were installed on Saturday. I've used them twice with good results, although I may have to adjust some cooking times. My fan is not at all loud. Yes I can hear it if I'm in the kitchen but it certainly would not disrupt a conversation. I do not have an issue with preheat times. So far I'm very happy and the ovens improve the whole look of my kitchen!

We are very happy with our new oven. It looks and bakes great. It does take a while to heat up; 15 mins which is longer than our old oven but we just plan for it.
