Big disappointment

This was replacement for 20-year-old GE wall oven.
This oven takes longer to get to the cooking temperature than the old oven did.
The trim under both doors is poorly made and looks bent.

larger interior than the oven it has replaced

We were limited to the choice of ovens since this is a 27 inch model. We stayed with GE since the unit replaced was also a GE. Unfortunately, since we did not see the new model on display, only on line, so we did not see that the oven doors width was flush with the outside dimension of the unit. Due the the placement of our oven cabinet, flush against a wall, modifications to a hallway door need to be made in order for the oven doors to open. The installer had to make other adjustments to make this unit fit. It was supposed to be the same dimensions as the unit being replaced, and it was not, including the location of he electrical junction box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this oven last July but, despite following the manual correctly, we are having trouble regulating the temperature in both ovens.

Terrible and cheap appearance

They just installed this extremely cheap looking double oven. The one they took away was an older well made Monogram and this one does not fit snugly into the opening. There is a cheap piece of metal on the sides that is not as wide as the doors and it's open on the ends. The doors are sticking way over the sides and not snug to ANYTHING. Looks terrible. What has happened to GE's quality? Never again for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
