Spot on performance

We replaced a GE oven from the 80's which had become inoperable. We knew that it was... untrustworthy for some time and kept an oven thermometer in it at all times, as the temps whipsawed around.. we installed this oven and have been nothing but pleased. We still have the thermometer in this one, but it just shows how spot on temp the new oven is. We have been nothing but pleased with the performance and results we get cooking with it.
If there were to be any comments, they'd be that the cooking cavities could be a touch bigger, but.. that's minor. The oven is simple to use and works as it should.

Great ovens!

Replaced a 40 year old (yes - 40!) GE/Chambers single oven / microwave combo with this in January. Was reluctant to part with so much cash but we have used this oven daily!
Very even cooking, accurate temperature from thermostat (checked with bbq remote thermometer). Can't say enough good things about it. Delivery was easy and installation was a breeze (be sure to read installation instructions before you get the oven so you're not trying to figure it out at the time!).
Recommended!

My last GE double oven (purchased in 1976) was still working in 2005, but when we remodeled my kitchen we opted to replace it with a new one. Purchased another expensive well-known brand, and what a mistake; it died. My cooktop is a 36" GE Profile (purchased in 2005), and I absolutely love it. It is still going strong. I have only had this new GE double oven a few days but I do not hear the loud fan noise that most complain of; it fits perfect in the existing cabinet. I love all the features which fits our lifestyle. The lights are bright and you can clearly see your food inside the oven. I have been baking away every day since we installed the oven. I can't wait to try the steam clean feature.
