Love it except for a couple of small things.

We love this oven except for a couple of things. If you turn on both ovens to the same bake temperature they don't heat up the same. The bottom oven heats faster and will reach set temp about 25 degrees faster than the top. Also, some of the grates are too tight and scratch up the sides getting them in and out.

The autobiff function when the timer goes off is a wonderful addition. I live how easy this oven is to use

Awkward

The ovens have large capacity, but the shelves don't glide out easily and with large door, when top oven is opened, it can be awkward to get dishes in and out as you have to lean over the door and stretch to put in and out. Also had issue with self-cleaning as instructions did not indicate not to click start when door light was flashing. Door did not lock properly during cleaning and then would not close after. Had to turn off power at breaker to get to reset locking mechanism, like you would reset/reboot computer. Not able to just unplug from power as that is connected behind unit and would have to have been uninstalled to do that. When I cleaned the lower oven, I pushed door closed more to stop blinking before starting cleaning process which worked perfectly. Full cleaning worked very well. Steam clean which I have done in the past, pretty much waste of time.

Perfect for our remodel!

We have a 40+/- year old ranch style house that still had a GE P7 single oven in avocado. We selected GE based on our prior oven’s service. The new oven has easy to use controls. We’ve already had a need to use both ovens simultaneously. The styling fits well with or other appliances.

I have a 27” cabinet with a 25” cutout - it was hard to find the right size oven without sacrificing interior space. These oven are great and have lots of interior space. So pleased!! Other reviewers say they take a little longer to preheat - but I don’t really notice it that much. If I need the oven preheated by the time I get home - I set the oven to start preheating with the oven timer and it’s ready when I get home.

VERY NICE & EFFICIENT OVEN

I normally do not do reviews, but this is a very nice efficient oven. The heat output is much less than our old Jenn Air oven which would heat up the kitchen terribly. The heat distribution is perfect and cooks things well and faster than our previous oven. The amazing thing is it is very quiet and you do not realize it is even on --- with just clicking sounds and the lighted instrument on the top that indicate it is on.
I would definitely recommend this product. It has features such as steam cleaning, delay cook start and many more features.

Only used for a short time, but so far it has been great. It is easy to use. Love that it let's me know when it has reached temperature! Glad we made this purchase.
