Great movie! Steelbook packaging is poor.

The movie itself is excellent and looks great in 4K, but some special features are missing from the bluray version that I have.
The Steelbook arrived with 3 dents and 17 scratches down to the bare metal.
I hate steelbooks! Why are they made to be as fragile as an egg?
I wholeheartedly recommend the movie and this 4K version, but I highly recommend getting the standard packaging unless you want to be disappointed every time you pick up the Steelbook.

A great movie and nice to be able to redeem thr digital code on more than one streaming platform. The Steelbook isnt quite as nice as other movie steelbooks, but they properly shipped this one in a cardboard box instead of a bag. So it arrived in perfect shape.

This 3-hour movie is so gripping. Tom Hanks and the entire case give soulful performances. It’s available in a simplistically beautiful Steelbook. Glad this movie is in my collection in great quality.

I have over 500 movies, almost half of them 4K UHD. Out of all my movies, I have to say this is at the top of my favorites, with a great story line and great actors & characters. Michael Clark Duncan is really at the top of his game. I thought the character of Percy Wetmore was a mean and nasty person...pure evil. But I thought that Doug Hutchison played the role magnificently. Of course, the rest of the cast was awesome.
I am sure pretty much everyone knows the story so I will not go into detail. But reviewing the 4K UHD version, it looks spectacular compared to the DVD or Blu-Ray. You are able to see each individual sweat beads of Coffey's face and head. Almost all of the movie looks awesome.
As far as extras, there is not much more than what I have on my DVD version. But in this version, they do have a link for you complete a survery on how you enjoyed the movie.
In regards to the audio, the surround sound is really great and I enjoyed it. All-in-all, if you like The Green Mile and you have another version, I highly recommend that you purchase this version...you won't regret it for one minute.
