Great Quality Printer

This is actually an amazing piece of electronic equipment which is ideal for the office of a small business. The setup was fairly simple and did not take much time to get the MAXIFY up and running. It was especially convenient not to have wires running to and from devices and I found the wireless feature worked well from both my laptop and iPad.
The paper tray can handle half a ream of paper, which is a plus as it does not need to be reloaded as frequently. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the photo printing as well. Colors were vivid and realistic. I haven't tested the fax feature yet, as I did not run a telephone land line to the machine at this time. This printer is high quality, and I would highly recommend the Canon MAXIFY MB2020 for both home and office use.

Best Purchase Ever

MAXIFY MB2020 is amazing! The ease of setup was surprising. I was able to do it myself. The ink cartridges are simple to put in as CANON has simplified the process by adding this easy guide to install each cartridge. I love the ease of wireless allowing me to print from my camera, phone and laptop! The quality of the print be it documents or photos is professional quality. It's scanning, copy and fax features work seamlessly.
This is a great value for the money. It is great for a home office and all your families printing needs! I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend and easy to use

I have owned multiple multi-function inkjet printers over the years and the MB2020 is one of the easiest to use.
Upon opening the box I was surprised how easy the printer was to remove from the carton. The printer is packaged in a plastic bag with handles, just lift the top Styrofoam out and pick up the bag by the handles to remove from box.
Setup was easy, just follow simple steps on a diagram sheet, power on, and the front display tells you what to do. Ink cartridges are very easy to load; screen tells you which to insert and the ink slot moves to the correct position so your cartridge gets loaded in correct position.
I am using my machine over wifi, to print and scan and the included setup wizard makes that easy to configure. The print and scan quality is excellent.

Doing Business With Ease

I love this product . It came in two days of me ordering it. It was well packaged and I love how the plastic had handles to make it easy to remove out of the box. I had no problem with setting it up. Best decision ever. I can print,scan, fax,etc. with ease.

Alot all in one

What I like most about this printer is that it's fast & easy to use. Turns on quickly and ready to go in a few seconds.
Prints out fast and your done. I don't like to wait for things to warm up, etc. and this one is on my timeline! Love it!
Easy to assemble and set up. It's great that I can scan copy, send, everything all off this one device...and a bar at the top of my computer makes easy access, although it did slow down my computer and ended up taking that out.
Only thing still haven't figured out is how to print from my phone...some reason that is escaping me...
It's convenient and have really enjoyed using this Printer!

Have had not problems except that although I say to print everything in black/grayshade, the color cartridges still get used

Slowest Printer I've Ever Owned

I was excited when I purchased this printer, but it is far from the description on the box. Yes, it does wireless, but it is SUPER slow at transmitting. Even when I have it plugged directly into the computer, I can't believe the slow pace that it prints. It took over 10 minuets to print 8 pages of black and white. I will probably be returning this to the store. I love Canon cameras, and I guess I just assumed that their printers would be equally awesome. I guess I'll go back to HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
