Excellent Product

I recently started using the Canon Maxify MB 2020 printer and copier and I love it. My previous printer could copy documents but it took forever! This printer copies documents incredibly fast and they are very professional looking. The printer was very easy to set up. I am not incredibly technical but I was able to set it up on the first try, it walked me through everything- very easy.
I really like the final output that the copier and the printer both produce. The colors are vibrant and it is a very professional result.
I would highly recommend this printer.

Does everything but put a dent in your wallet

As a wireless printer, its nice being able to print from my smartphone, tablet, laptop, and or desktop with ease! Printing is quick and beautiful! Having a touchscreen is a blessing. I can fly through options and features to get exactly what I need! I have no complaints and cant ask for anything more. Definitely a keeper!!

So happy with this product! I use it mostly for printing and copying but the scanning feature is great as well! Color print quality is fantastic! I love that there is glass to lie a document as well as the document feeder (makes life much easier!). I found it was fairly easy to assemble -- the only issue I had which took some time to figure out was the access point. There weren't specific instructions as to what "access point" is so it took me a while to understand it was the actual network key for my wireless modem. For future, I would like to see more detailed instructions around setting up the wireless feature. I would definitely recommend this product -- very impressed and satisfied!

Big and bulky but fierce. Best printer to date.

The printer is larger than other all-in-one's I've used but it prints faster and is more user friendly because it takes out all the guess work. I couldn't have had an easier time assembling it because everything was color coded and pretty dumb'd down. It took me probably thirty minutes and that included installing the software. The crisp, clearness of the print quality is very good and there are a lot of advanced options that allow you to tweak any print job. The cost for replacement cartridges is pretty stiff, however, I've been printing for days and they are still 75% full so it seems like they are large capacity cartridges. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this printer and would recommend it to anyone with a small or moderate sized business.

Great Product

Out of the box, I found the printer set up to be user-friendly. It was very easy to assemble and connect to my wireless network which took less than 5 minutes. Having a previous printer that was supposed to work wireless, I have found this one to be much more stable. With my previous printer, I was always searching for the printer on my network due to it always dropping. Features such as quiet print which is a nice feature while I am working and on the phone and Eco-print that allow me to have the printer shut off and on at set times during the week are great features. My favorite feature of this printer is the cloud based feature “scan to email”. It allows me to scan hard copy paperwork and send directly to my email. It is a fast and easy feature to use and a function that I use often. Being able to use Drop box and Google drive with my phone or directly through the printer interface itself is a nice perk. The print quality along with the print speed is impressive with times to print being minimal and no smudging or misaligned text.
Some things that I dislike are the web site that is able to be accessed via the net. I have found it to be overly slow. Ideally I would like to see a mobile application. Another issue I have found is with the display of the printer. I have found that when scrolling through menus you have to keep your finger to the far left or risk accidentally entering into an application on the printer for which I did not intend. When that happens I either have to return to the main menu I was on, or click the printer home button. I would like to see some form of scrolling with maybe the color and black copy keys.
Overall, I will admit that when this brand of printer first came out, it was one of my favorites having one both at home and in the office. I had subsequently switched to another brand several years ago because at the time I felt that this brand was lacking in keeping up with the technology of the times. It was rare that I would even see this brand stand out when I would go out shopping for printers. I had not given this brand another look since. In getting this printer now, I have totally changed my outlook. I like this printers cloud based technology much better than the printer that I had before it. The look, feel, usability and feature rich content is something that I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Super easy to set up!

This has to be the best set up experience I have EVER had with a brand new printer! It honestly took me longer to open the box and remove all the plastic and styrofoam and tape packing materials than it did to download the drivers and be print ready! I noted the time was 12:20 when I popped the cd into the drive and at 12:32 my first test page printed brilliantly! No glitches - no calls for help! AMAZING! This is a seriously happy day for me! I usually cringe when installing a new printer but not this time! I would recommend this printer highly and with zero reservations!

Good Printer

With only the final step of the setup being a nuisance, the printer did it's job. If the final step required a paper not commonly sold in stores like the A4, this would make for a headache.
It was great to have access to pictures from social networking accounts without accessing them on the phone and wirelessly sending them over for print. Direct print was impressive and the colors were true to what I was viewing on the computer/phone. For a non-laser printer, it printed faster than expected.

new printer

It was a little difficult to set up this printer because the packing inside the printer did not come out very easily and paper tray was hard to expand. The instructions only had pictures, no words to explain the set up. It took about an hour and half to set up this printer and it takes up a lot of space.
