Thought it would be better

I was hoping for better results than I am getting as far as cleaning dishes or especially glass ware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher was very similar to our old one.

We are very pleased with how quiet this dishwasher is. It is similar in layout inside to our old dishwasher. I like that because it was easy to fill.

Dear Sirs,
I have figured out how to get dishes clean without spots now, but the odor
from the inside of the machine
is terrible....smells like rubber...I have tried leaving the door open and
sprinkling baking soda in the bottom
and nothing works..

Nice dishwasher but does not dry

I have had this dishwasher for about 2 months and it runs quiet which is nice however everything comes out wet. I'm not talking about a few drips here and there but wet. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this? Thank you!

Hi Michelle1031! We greatly appreciate you taking your time to share your experience with us. We understand you are having concerns with wet dishes after the cycle has completed. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Good one but

Like the other person stated dishes come out wet or if u don't take them out as soon as is done like if you wait a day it creates condensation inside the dishwasher and then everything is wet again :( I use a rinser too but nothing has changed.. Other than that is a good dishwasher

Thorough wash. Quiet. Only con would be the drying process does not seem to work completely. It's fine if you just leave the door opened for awhile and then empty.
