Old unit was ancient. New unit can hardly be heard when operating. Nice unit and easy to use.

Hello Geri. We greatly appreciate you taking your time to share your experience with us. We understand you are having concerns with wet dishes after the cycle has completed. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Great flexibility, nylon coated racks, and itquiet

Bought this to replace an older dishwasher that had badly rusted racks. The Frigidaire has the ability to wash only the top rack so adds a whole new level of flexibility we never had. Hopefully the nylon coated racks resist rusting much better than the old plastic coated racks. Plus as an added bonus it is much quieter than the old dishwasher.
In order to earn 5 stars the delayed start needs to be more intuitive, it's not as straight forward as the old dishwasher was.

Love the dishwasher

I am wondering during the wash cycle is it supposed to get loud? It only gets this way when the wash cycle is operating. Is this normal??? Other than that the dishwasher is great.

I bought it a few months ago and so far it has been perfect! The glasses come out sparkling. The dishes are always cleaned perfectly I love it.
