Easy to Install

Product was received within one week - Very easy installation process. Just scanned my first document and the quality is excellent. Will be using the online guide to maximize use of all features.

Scanner OK, Feeder Inconsistent

Feeder will frequently (maybe 40% of the time) fail to feed. Once it begins, it is good. After about six months, feeder just quit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The cost is well worth the investment for my work in my book writing. I am an author and historian so this gives me the ability to quickly tranfer text from one document to another, where I only have hard copy.
Quality and accuracy is of great value to me in moving information.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best scanner i have ever used and I've used a lot. The only complaint i have is the copy function is very very slow. other than that it is GREAT.

WINDOWS 7

Just installed and everything seems okay. Microsoft said it would install for Windows 7 without having to download a driver Just tried it and the first scan was easy and came out great. This is a good product. Epson should put the Windows 7 info in its web site because there were a lot of negative things about Windows 7 driver download.
I would recommend this to a friend!
