Directions are poor

I have been working on setting this up for over a week and have not been able to figure it out. The directions are poor. I have had to call in a computer guy to see if he could get it going. We will see!

I have used this scanner for at least 3 years now on a regular basis. I scan multiple page documents, single pages, and photos. It works perfectly for everything.

So far the scanner has worked flawlessly. The document feed has been great for multi page scanning. Options window for storage of scanned pages has all the possibilities I need. Very happy with this scanner over others that I've owned.

Works, works, and works

Its refreshing to have a product that simply works and works well for our mountain of paper work. The sheet feeder function is efficient and the scanning is on the money. The only reason I have not given this a 5 star rating is sometimes when we scan a single check, the scanner 'thinks' we have scanned a incomplete 8 x 11 sheet of paper. Its a simple to fix this but it has to be fixed none the less. The software should be smart enough to figure out what size of paper we have scanned. Otherwise a prefect solution to our needs.

can't link to computer, always!!!

when one page can't go through, the scanner can't connect to computer anymore,I have to shutdown computer..And may times just showed error message: Epson Scan cannot be started.
and also the pager can't move smoothly.

I JUST GOT THIS SO IT IS A BEGINNING REVIEW BUT WAS SO SIMPLE TO SET UP. TOOK LITERALLY 10 MIN AND WE WERE USING. I WILL UPDATE REVIEW IN A COUPLE WEEKS
