DOES NOT TURN ON ..BOUGHT REFURB AT EPSON

NOW I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK AT MY EXPENCE. THEY DID NOT TEST IT TO SEE IF IT EVEN TURNS ON!!! I TRIED 3 DIFFERENT OUTLETS (electric)

Drivers don't work

Hate it already. User guide has all kinds of cool stuff....Actual software is no where near what is touted. I wasted so much money on this machine, only to find software does not work as explained in the user guide and instructions!

I still have a lot to learn on the V600 scanner but so far have been
more than pleased. It scans my old 35mm slides beautifully and does a great job on my medium format slides. This was the main reason I bought it and so far no regrets. Best money I've spent so far. Looking forward to see what else I can learn using this scanner.

Went to use my scanner today and it quit, power light comes on for awhile then it shuts down. Will need to get service.

Noisy and not what I expected !

I found this scanner too loud, my old HP was this loud but I have had it for 10 years.
Bought a new Epson and it is a lot louder than I like.
Thinking about returning it.

Also, it didn't scan my slides to the level I expected.
The control panel doesn't allow enough lattitude to suit me.

no usb cord in box....dissappointed that epson let that happen...I cant use the scanner!!!!! Therefore a 3 rating, I am yet to test the scanner but I expect it to perform.. I own an epson printer (2400) and am very pleased and am generally pleased with other epson products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st day I had it would not finish the scan, kept crashing Epson is going to mail me a replacement,I hope there are no issues.any problems my reference number 120 630 001 051 so far I am not happy.
